During my recent stay, I loved how close I was to CityScape Phoenix, just a few steps away, and the quick walk to the beautiful Japanese Friendship Garden was a highlight of my weekend. the overall cleanliness and comfort of the room made it an even better experience for a solo traveler like me.

I recently enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place, where the breakfast options were excellent and the room provided a high level of comfort. I found the room cleanliness could be improved. A lovely lodging choice in Phoenix!

Solo traveler perfect choice

I liked that there were tons of restaurants within walking distance. The front desk got me in my room early before check-in which was really nice.

It wasn't exactly a bargain for what I paid.

A microwave in the room would be helpful.

During my stay, I encountered a significant issue with the air conditioning system. I was first moved to a different room due to the inefficiency, only to find that the new room had the same problem. When I asked the staff for an explanation, their only response was that summer had come early, which felt like a poorly thought-out excuse.

I loved my stay at this hotel in downtown phoenix. The spacious room exceeded my expectations with a great work area and comfortable seating. The included breakfast was a delight, featuring a variety of options like fresh fruit and delicious pastries.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Place Phoenix. The room was clean and modern, with a comfortable couch to work on. It was great to have the extra space. Staff greeted me with smiles, which added a nice touch. I also loved the gym. it had all the equipment I needed and was very well-kept. But breakfast left a lot to be desired. The options were quite limited and not very appetizing. I ended up skipping it. One night, I had some noise from outside. there was a theater nearby, and it was distracting. Live music in the restaurant added a nice ambiance, but I didn’t get the chance to enjoy it due to the breakfast situation. Overall, it was a nice place, but the noise and breakfast really need some improvement.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was super spacious and clean, comfy enough for relaxing after my conference. There was a big TV and even a fridge—perfect for snacks. Shower was huge, tons of hot water, and the body wash was good quality. Could've used a microwave, but not a huge deal. I slept like a baby with no noise at all. Really liked the layout of the room too, made it feel cozy.
