It was in a central setting in the middle of jackson.

A work desk, coffee/tea making machines, and cable TV with on-demand films in the room, marvellous location. Very friendly staff and quick to respond.

Beds were not comfortable.

Solo traveler perfect choice

I liked that there were tons of restaurants within walking distance. The front desk got me in my room early before check-in which was really nice.

I encountered a significant issue with the air conditioning system. I was first moved to a different room due to the inefficiency, only to find that the new room had the same problem. When I asked the staff for an explanation, their only response was that summer had come early, which reminded me of a poorly thought-out excuse.

The convenience of being so close to the Phoenix Police Museum and the incredible Chase Field for a Dbacks game made my weekend walk so enjoyable, allowing me to soak in the vibrant atmosphere while savoring local treats at nearby eateries like Jacquee's Espresso and Detroit Coney Grill; plus, the hotel offers great amenities, such as a clean and quiet atmosphere and a delicious breakfast! there were a few areas that could use improvement in terms of staff friendliness and cleanliness during my stay.

I had such a pleasant stay! The breakfast was consistently good and varied, and the cleanliness of the room was impressive. Plus, the comfortable beds made for a restful night.
